Miso soup is one of my favorite soups and it’s incredibly easy and affordable to make. Everything in this recipe is from Trader Joe’s!
What You’ll Need:
- Miso broth
- Thai vegetable gyozas
- Green onions
- Bok choy
- Portabella mushroom
- Seaweed (optional)
- Canola oil
Prepare the gyozas in a pan with a little oil on medium heat. For a single serving, I use about five gyozas. Cook both sides, then add a couple of tablespoons of water into the pan. Cover to steam.
Heat up the miso broth in a pot on medium heat.
Chop up your green onions, boy choy, and mushroom. Add it to the miso.
Once the gyozas are done, set them aside because we won’t add them until the soup is ready. This is because they can break open the longer they’re in the broth.
Once the soup is ready, chop up the seaweed and add it to the soup. It’s not necessary but it really does give it something extra and I looooveeee seaweed.
Finally, add the gyozas and it’s complete! Happy cooking!
