Refund and Returns Policy

The refund and returns policy last 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-refundable products/services:

  • Giftcards
  • Membership subscriptions
  • Online or in-person privates or group pole classes

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Online Pole Library

Once you purchase access to the pole library, you cannot receive any refunds due to the nature of having all of the tutorials immediately available. This is a one-time, nonrefundable purchase.

Membership Subscription

Once you purchase your membership, you cannot receive any refunds due to the nature of having all of the tutorials immediately available. You can cancel your membership at any time.

The membership renewal fee is synchronized to the day you purchased the subscription. I personally change the password to the pole library on the 1st and 15th of every month to accommodate the various subscription dates.

When you purchase your subscription, you will immediately receive the current password under the ‘Order Summary’ section after you checkout. You will also find it in the order confirmation email. Afterward, you will need to keep a lookout in your emails for the updated passwords. If you do not receive it, you can email me using the email address that is associated with your membership so that I can verify your purchase and send you the current password.

Private Pole Lessons

I require all private lessons to pay a $15 deposit fee in order to secure our booking time together. For studio privates, I require a $52 deposit fee to accommodate for the $37 pole rental fee. The rental room fee increases to $44 if booking for two people.

You have up to 8 hours before our class time to cancel or you will be charged a cancellation fee. If you cancel before the 8 hour window, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel in less than 8 hours, you will receive a partial refund.

If you cancel for an online private or home private in less than 8 hours, you will not receive your $15 deposit back. If you cancel for a studio private, you will only receive a partial refund due to the studio having a nonrefundable policy. If you cancel for any class in less than 2 hours, you will not receive a refund.

There are no refunds for classes already taken.

Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Returns / Replacements

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at lylajasper@aworldofhoney.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
